摘要
通风机是煤矿实现通风安全运行的重要设备,为矿井提供新鲜的空气,保证作业人员及矿井的安全。随着煤矿开采自动化程度的提高,对于通风机的自动化控制要求越来越高。采用PLC技术进行通风机的集中控制,对控制系统的方案及控制方式进行描述,可应用于实际的矿井通风机的控制和保护,实现煤矿的安全生产。
Fan is an important equipment to realize ventilation and safe operation in coal mine,which can provide fresh air for mine,so as to ensure the safety of operators and mine.With the improvement of automation degree in coal mining,the requirements for automatic control of fans are getting higher and higher.PLC technology is used for centralized control of ventilators,and the scheme and control mode of the control system are described,which can be applied to the control and protection of actual mine ventilators and realize safe production in coal mines.
