刮板输送机是运输装备,因为矿井条件的复杂性,再加上其高强度的输送任务,使得刮板输送机在使用的过程中常常面临着各种故障,故障的频繁出现引发了一系列的生产事故,对煤矿企业造成了一定的损失。因此,本文重点探析了刮板输送机的常见故障,并针对这些故障提出了有效的改进策略,对提高刮板输送机的运行稳定性具有重要的意义。

Scratcher conveyor is a transportation equipment,because of the complexity of mine conditions,coupled with its high intensity conveying task,the scraper conveyor in the process of use is often faced with a variety of failures,the frequent occurrence of failures led to a series of production accidents,caused a certain loss to the coal mining enterprises.Therefore,this paper focuses on the common faults of the scraper conveyor,and puts forward effective improvement strategies for these faults,which is of great significance to improve the operation stability of the scraper conveyor.
