摘要
为提高掘进机伸缩外筒工作的可靠性,基于掘进机截割臂结构与具体工作原理,以EBZ220型掘进机截割臂伸缩外筒为研究对象,借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,分析了该型掘进机截割臂伸缩外筒的应力应变情况,据分析结果可知,掘进机伸缩外筒存在应力集中现象,应力主要集中于升降油缸耳环周围的圆环与矩形过渡位置处,针对此情况,重点对掘进机截割臂伸缩外筒结构进行了改进,经改进后的掘进机伸缩外筒应力集中区最大应力可降低47%左右,可使掘进机伸缩外筒的工作可靠性更高。
In order to improve the reliability of the telescopic outer cylinder of roadheader,based on the structure and specific working principle of the cutting arm of roadheader,taking the telescopic outer cylinder of EBZ220 roadheader as the research object,this paper analyzes the stress and strain of the telescopic outer cylinder of the cutting arm of this roadheader with the help of ANSYS finite element analysis software.According to the analysis results,stress concentration exists in the telescopic outer cylinder of roadheader,and the stress is mainly concentrated at the transition position between the ring and rectangle around the lifting cylinder earrings.In view of this situation,this paper focuses on improving the structure of telescopic outer cylinder of cutting arm of roadheader.After improvement,the maximum stress in the stress concentration area of telescopic outer cylinder of roadheader can be reduced by about 47%,which can make the working reliability of telescopic outer cylinder of roadheader higher.
