摘要 微认证助力网络教育平台开辟了一条服务学习者个性化、智能化的非正式学习道路,其中美国关于教师微认证做得比较好,已经取得一些显著成效,这为我国教师队伍建设提供了参考。其对我国师资队伍建设的启示包括:政府进行完善的顶层设计确保微认证的公信力;高校构建优质网络学习平台助力教师专业发展;各级各类学校利用微认证改革教师考核评价体系;教师强化终身学习理念积极参与学习“微技能”。 Micro-credentials helps the online education platform open up a personalized and intelligent informal learning path for learners.The United States has done a good job on Micro-credentials for teachers,and has made some remarkable achievements,which provides a reference for the construction of teaching staff in China.Its enlightenment to the construction of teaching staff in China includes that the government carries on the perfect top-level design to ensure the credibility of micro-credentials;colleges and universities build high-quality online learning platform to promote professional development for teachers;all levels of schools use micro-credentials to reform the evaluation system of teachers;teachers strengthen the concept of lifelong learning to actively participate in learning“micro-skill”.
