新媒体时代可基于教学主体、教学方法与教学机制的维度,探讨提升思政课教师教学能力的路径。在教学主体方面,应树立科学的思政课教学理念,提升思政课教师运用新媒体技术教学的能力;在教学方法方面,应综合运用传统媒体与新媒体技术,占领网络阵地,发挥网络意见领袖作用;在教学机制方面,应完善思政课教学的沟通机制,优化虚拟教学团队管理机制,开启“全媒体”传播范式。

In the new media era,it is necessary to explore the path to improve the teaching ability of ideological and political teachers based on the dimensions of teaching subjects,teaching methods and teaching mechanism.In terms of teaching subjects,scientific ideological and political teaching concepts should be established to improve the ability of ideological and political teachers to use new media technology in teaching.In terms of teaching methods,traditional media and new media technologies should be integrated to occupy online positions and play the role of online opinion leaders.In terms of teaching mechanism,the communication mechanism of ideological and political teaching should be improved,the management mechanism of virtual teaching team should be optimized,and the“omnimedia”communication paradigm should be opened.
