用习近平治国理政思想指导森林城市建设

Using Xi Jinping Thought on the Governance of China to Guide Forest City Construction

系统回顾了《习近平谈治国理政(第三卷)》与森林城市建设相关的论述,提出了要用习近平治国理政思想指导森林城市建设。把"以人民为中心"作为森林城市高质量发展的政治目标;把"乡村振兴"和建设"美丽家园"作为森林城市建设的具体目标;把"建设小康社会,决战脱贫攻坚"作为森林城市建设最重要的社会服务目标;把森林城市建设作为"实现林业的高质量发展"重要实现途径;应把"提高保障和改善民生",提高人民群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感作为森林城市建设的重要责任;把"人与自然和谐共生"作为森林城市建设的科学理论。同时,提出森林城市建设应倡导绿色生活,要引导民营企业参与森林城市建设,要把森林城市建设作为"构建人类命运共同体"的中国林业实践。

Through systematic review of XI JINPING THE GOVERNANCE OF CHINA,VolumeⅢand its respective discussion on forest city construction,it is put forward to use Xi Jinping Thought on the governance of China to guide forest city construction.This article takes"the people-centered"as the political objective for the high-quality development of forest city;"rural revitalization and building beautiful homes"as the specific objective;"building a well-off society and fighting poverty"as the social service objective;forest city construction as the important realization approach of"achieving high-quality development of forestry".At the same time,it should be the important responsibilities of forest city construction"to ensure and improve people’s wellbeing"and to raise people’s sense of gain,happiness and security.Then,"harmonious co-existence between human and nature"has been taken as scientific theory of forest city construction.Finally,this article points out that forest city construction should advocate green life,guide private enterprises to take part in forest city construction,and take forest city construction as the forestry practice of China in"building a community with a shared future for mankind".
