广东省新丰江库区森林资源高质量发展对策探讨

Countermeasure Discussion on High-Quality Development of Forest Resources in Xinfengjiang Reservoir Area in Guangdong

通过实施一系列林业重点生态工程,新丰江库区森林资源数量持续增长,生态环境不断改善,但资源整体质量仍然处于较低水平阶段,存在森林资源结构不够合理、经营管理比较粗放、病虫害防治亟需加强、质量效益不高等问题,在今后的管理工作中需拓宽思路,由增"量"向提"质"转变;因林施策,建立森林经营技术体系;加强综合管护,合理适度利用;科学经营,加大培育力度,促进库区森林资源高质量发展。

By implementing a series of key forestry ecological projects,the forest resources in Xinfengjiang reservoir area enjoys sustainable quantitative growth and its ecological environment enjoys continuous improvement.But its total resource quality is still at a low level,existing such problems as unreasonable forest resource structure,rough operation and management,weak pest and disease control and low quality benefit,etc.In the following management,the thinking should be broadened,i.e.the change from increasing"quantity"to improving"quality"be made,and at the same time the forest operation technical system be established according to different forest.In order to push high-quality development of forest resources in reservoir area,it should also be made to enhance comprehensive management and protection,to use reasonably and appropriately,to operate scientifically as well as to step up cultivation efforts.
