主要废气污染物排放量核算方法比较研究

摘要 工业企业污染物排放量的计算方法主要包括三种:监测数据法、物料衡算法和产排污系数法,不同计算方法的计算结果存在差异。为了解不同计算方法对污染物排放量计算结果的差异,选取废气污染物排放量较大的火电、钢铁和石油炼制行业的生产装置开展废气污染物排放量计算比较研究。结果表明,火电行业颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物,钢铁行业颗粒物和氮氧化物,石油行业二氧化硫不同计算方法计算结果有较大差异,钢铁行业二氧化硫计算结果差异不大。产排污系数计算结果偏大,计算时应优先使用在线监测数据,钢铁和石油行业在线监测数据不完善,代表性样本较少,待在线监测数据完善后可进一步开展研究。 The calculation methods of air pollutants emission include monitoring data,material balance and air pollutants coefficient.Results of different calculation methods are different.Comparison on thermal power,iron and steel industry and petroleum industry which had large air pollution emission using different calculation methods was carried out in order to understand the difference of calculation results by different calculation methods.The results showed that for particulate,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides of thermal power,particulate and nitrogen oxides of iron and steel industry,sulfur dioxide of petroleum industry,the calculation results of different calculation methods are quite different.But for sulfur dioxide of iron and steel industry,little difference was found between different calculation methods.The calculation results by the discharge coefficient are much higher than the real data,and the online monitoring data should be used first in the calculation.The online monitoring data of the steel and petroleum industries are incomplete and there are few representative samples.Further research can be carried out after improving the online monitoring data.
