摘要
进行了以含锰渣和含锌回转窑渣为主要原料协同处理制备微量元素肥料工艺实验。结果表明,浸出工艺阶段,在含锰渣和含锌回转窑渣投料质量比为3:1,固液比1:3,搅拌速度250 r/min,反应体系pH值为0.5,反应温度为80℃,反应时间2 h的条件下锰、锌的浸出率均可达到95%~96.5%,浸出渣中的锰、锌含量可低至1.06%和0.09%;净化工艺阶段,在搅拌速度为250 r/min,反应温度为80℃,反应时间2 h,再次投加含锌回转窑渣的量为7.5~10.0(g/100 g浸出浆)的条件下,获得的净化液的重金属的残留量均在5 mg/kg以下,净化液经过蒸发浓缩、添加调理剂即得到符合行业标准NY 1428-2010《微量元素水溶肥料》的液体微量元素肥料。
The process experiment of preparing trace element fertilizer with manganese slag and zinc rotary kiln slag as main raw materials was carried out.The results show that the leaching rate of manganese and zinc can reach 95%-96.5%under the conditions that the mass ratio of manganese slag and zinc slag is 3:1,the solid-liquid ratio is 1:3,the stirring speed is 250 r/min,the pH value of the reaction system is 0.5,the reaction temperature is 80℃,and the reaction time is 2 h.The content of manganese and zinc in the leaching slag can be as low as 1.06%and 0.09%.In the purification process stage,under the conditions of stirring speed 250 r/min,reaction temperature 80℃,reaction time 2h,dosage of zinc rotary kiln slag 7.5-10.0(g/100g leaching slurry),the residue of heavy metals in the purification solution is less than 5 mg/kg.After evaporation and concentration of the purification solution,the liquid trace element fertilizer conforming to the industry standard NY 1428-2010 Trace Element Water Soluble Fertilizer is obtained by adding conditioner.
