基于BIM技术的装配式建筑智能化工程管理系统设计

Design of intelligent engineering management system for prefab buildings based on BIM technology

鉴于传统的工程管理思维在工程价值观、目标体系、管理定位等方面的局限性,设计基于BIM技术的装配式建筑智能化工程管理系统。将BIM技术作为基础,整理设计思路,按照施工管理特点以及装配式建筑智能化工程施工标准管理流程,拆分BIM模型,将信息数据模型与BIM模型实时关联,构建包含操作层、应用层、逻辑层以及处理层的系统整体框架,系统通过七大功能模块实现进度、质量以及合同等工程管理。主体方与参与方依托BIM模型进行交流合作,实现建筑智能化工程管理。经实验分析,该系统BIM数据提取效果好,各项管理效果好,并且具有良好的工程管理效果。

In view of the limitations of traditional engineering management thinking in engineering value sense,objective system,management positioning,etc.,an intelligent prefab building engineering management system based on BIM technology is designed.The BIM technology is taken as the foundation to arrange the design idea and split BIM model according to the characteristics of construction management and management process of prefabricated building intelligence engineering construction standard.The real⁃time relevance of BIM model and information data model is performed to construct the system whole framework containing the operational layer,application layer,logic layer and processing layer.The seven function modules are used in the system to implement the engineering management including schedule,quality and contract.The communication and cooperation between the principal part and the participant part carry rely on the BIM model.Therefore,the intelligent construction engineering management is realized.The experimental analysis results show that the system has excellent effects in BIM data extraction,business management and engineering management.
