摘要
通过2019年和2020年台风对延边州吉宏6灌浆速率和产量影响分析,初步探索气象与灌浆速率、灌浆速率与产量的关系,为防台风减灾的研究提供科学依据。结果表明,2020年受连续台风影响,吉宏6穗上部和中部出现两段式灌浆现象,千粒质量减少3.5 g,减产15.28%,糙米率、精米率、整精米率分别下降11.0%、9.7%、12.0%,但对直链淀粉、蛋白质和食味值影响不大。
The current research assessed the influence of typhoons on the grain filling rate and yield of rice in Yanbian Prefecture in 2019 and 2020,and clarified the relationships between meteorological factors and grain filling rate,and between grain filling rate and yield.The results showed that in 2020,the influence of continuous typhoons led to two peaks occurring at the grain filling stage in both of the upper and middle parts of rice panicles.Continuous typhoons also decreased 1000-grain weight by 3.5 g and yield by 15.28%;and reduced the rates of brown rice,milled rice,and head rice by 11.0%,9.7%,and 12.0%,respectively,while having minor effects on amylose content,protein content,and taste value.
