摘要
该文通过文献资料法、实地观察法、数理统计法对皮划艇运动员周鹏的技术动作模式进行研究,通过分析2016年全国锦标赛的相关数据与技术录像寻找到相关技术问题,并结合技术本身特征与训练理念,制定与调整出应改善的具体训练内容。其目的在于提升周鹏的竞技水平,并以此推动和革新200m技术划法。通过对训练理念进行归纳与总结,研究发现,完善出水技术有利于提升运动成绩。从起航加速阶段的4桨起航、5~13桨加速、到途中划阶段的14~72桨的节奏划到69~79桨的逐渐加速,再到80~87桨的冲刺阶段的划法,对高水平运动员的成绩提升具备一定意义。这种“控节奏、降桨数、快出水、增划距、提桨效”的划船理念在比赛成绩中得到了验证。
This paper studies the technical movement mode of Zhou Peng,a canoeist,by means of documentation,field observation and mathematical statistics.By analyzing the relevant data and technical videos of the 2016 National Championship,it finds out the relevant technical problems,and combines the characteristics of technology and training concepts,formulates and adjusts the corrective measures.The specific content of good training.Its purpose is to improve Zhou Peng’s competitive level,and to promote and innovate the 200m technical planning.Through the research,it is found that:it can be concluded that improving the effluent technology is conducive to improving sports performance.In acceleration stage,4 oars start,5~13 oars accelerate,14~72 oars speed up to 69~79 oars and 80~87 oars speed up gradually,which is significant to improve the performance of high-level athletes.This concept of"controlling rhythm,number of landing oars,fast outflow,increasing paddle spacing and improving paddle efficiency"has been proved in the results of the competition.
