多球训练法中多人供球方式在乒乓球教学训练中的应用研究

国际上有关乒乓球方面的一系列改革及整体乒乓球运动水平的快速提升,对现今的乒乓球在训练方面又提出了全新的要求。其在实际技术的运用中更加关注运动员相持球和旋球的对抗,也增加了对运动员组合技术的考验。乒乓球的大小由原来的直径38mm改为40mm,实际质量也由原来的2.5g增加到2.7g,这些看似微小的改变,都会使乒乓球的实际球速有不同程度的减慢,使得在实际乒乓球比赛中“抽死对方”方面的难度变大,同时也对乒乓球运动员的相持技术和体能方面的要求更高,也要求球员在实际训练中要不断对相关训练方法和训练手段进行必要的改革,以能够跟得上时代发展的步伐。该文从多球训练中多人供球方式在乒乓球教学训练中的应用研究入手,阐述了多球训练法的基本概念,说明了多人供球训练法在训练方面的优势,提出了多人供球训练方式在多球训练中的几点实际应用方法。

With a series of international reform on table tennis and the rapid improvement of the overall level of table tennis,new requirements have been put forward for the training of table tennis today.In the application of practical technology,it pays more attention to the athletes’confrontation between the holding ball and the spinning ball,and also exacerbates the test of the athletes’combination technology.The size of table tennis has changed from 38 mm to 40 mm,and the actual quality has increased from 2.5 to 2.7.These seemingly minor changes will slow down the actual ball speed of table tennis to varying degrees,making it more difficult to beat each other in actual table tennis matches.Also requires players in the actual training to continue to relevant training methods and training means keep up with the pace of development of the times.This paper starts with the research on the application of multi-ball training in table tennis teaching and training,expounds the basic concept of multi-ball training,explains the advantages of multi-player training in training,and puts forward some practical application methods and suggestions for multi-ball training.
