摘要
新时代背景下的体育强国建设要求更加注重大学生运动技能的掌握,养成终身体育的习惯。身体功能训练是体能训练领域的新型锻炼方法。该研究将身体功能训练引入到大学生乒乓球教学中,进行为期12周的实验,发现加入身体功能训练的受试者乒乓球技能水平的提高与传统课堂教学下的乒乓球技能水平的提高相比存在差异性。前者对提高乒乓球技术有更加显著的效果,学生学习效果良好,此外,经过身体功能训练的受试者,FMS测试水平也有显著提高。
The construction of sports power in the new era context requires us to pay more attention to the mastery of college students’sports skills and develop the habit of lifelong sports.Functional movement training is a new training method in the field of physical training.By introducing functional movement training into college students’table tennis teaching,we conducted a 12 week experiment.We found that the improvement of table tennis skill level of the subjects who joined in functional movement training is different from that of the traditional physical training.The former is helpful to improve the table tennis skill.It has more significant effect;after the functional movement training,the test level of FMS has been significantly improved.
