摘要 为了探究快速伸缩复合训练对下肢爆发力的影响效果,该文运用了文献资料法、逻辑分析法对快速伸缩复合训练的相关概念、训练效果、生理学机制、影响因素、训练注意事项等进行分析和探讨。得出结论:近年来快速伸缩复合训练在田径、篮球、击剑、羽毛球等各个项目中应用都取得了良好的训练效果;它与肌肉的受牵拉长度、肌肉受牵拉的速度、离心-向心收缩耦联时间等因素有关;在训练过程中要严格根据运动员的身体素质、个异体差、训练水平等合理安排训练手段,训练负荷也要根据根据运动员的训练水平来制定,训练量一般安排每周2~3次训练,每次大约10组,并建议赛前停止跳深训练10~14天。 In order to explore the effect of plyometrics on lower limb explosive force,this paper analyzes and discusses the related concepts,training effects,physiological mechanisms,influencing factors and training considerations of plyometrics by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis.Conclusion:In recent years,plyometrics has been applied in track and field,basketball,fencing,badminton and other sports and achieved good training results.It is related to the pulling length of muscle,the pulling speed of muscle,the coupling time of centrifugal and centripetal contractions and other factors.In the process of training,reasonable training means should be arranged strictly according to the athletes’physical quality,individual differences,training level and so on.The training load should also be determined according to the training level of the athletes.Generally,the training amount should be arranged 2~3 times a week with about 10 groups each time.It is recommended to stop jump training for 10~14 days before the competition.
