高校武术教学中传承中国传统文化的优化路径研究

Study on Optimal Path of Inheriting Chinese Traditional Culture in Martial Arts Teaching in Colleges and Universities

该文首先从爱国精神、自强精神、传统礼仪、思想观念4个方面分析高校武术教学与传承中国传统文化之间的关系,然后从武术礼仪、武术内容、武术意识、武术环境氛围、武术教师5个方面分析高校武术教学中传承中国传统文化存在的问题,最后从重视武术礼仪的培养、丰富武术教学内容、提高大学生的武术意识、创造武术教学环境和氛围、提高武术教学教师数量和素质5个方面阐述高校武术教学中传承中国传统文化的优化路径,为高校武术教学中传承中国传统文化提供教学思路。

This paper first analyzes the relationship between martial arts teaching and inheriting Chinese traditional culture from four aspects:patriotism,self-strengthening spirit,traditional etiquette and ideology,and then analyzes the problems existing in inheriting Chinese traditional culture in martial arts teaching from five aspects:martial arts etiquette,martial arts content,martial arts consciousness,martial arts environment atmosphere and martial arts teachers.Finally,from five aspects of attaching importance to the cultivation of martial arts etiquette,enriching the content of martial arts teaching,improving the martial arts consciousness of college students,creating the martial arts teaching environment and atmosphere,and improving the number and quality of martial arts teaching teachers,this paper expounds the optimization path of inheriting Chinese traditional culture in martial arts teaching in colleges and universities,and provides teaching ideas for inheriting Chinese traditional culture in martial arts teaching in colleges and universities.
