将人文素养培养作为重点内容融入到体育教学中,既符合时代发展需求,又有效加快了素质教育步伐,实现了大学生综合素养的提高,为培养更多优秀人才奠定良好的基础。此文重点针对大学生体育人文素养培养进行了研究,首先阐述体育人文素养的内涵;其次分析大学生体育人文素养培养的重要性;最后重点分析大学生体育人文素养培养策略。希望能够为高校体育人才人文素养培养提供参考。

The cultivation of humanistic quality as a key content into the physical education,not only in line with the needs of the times,but also effectively promote the pace of quality education,to achieve the comprehensive quality of college students to improve,for the cultivation of more outstanding talent to lay a good foundation.This paper focuses on the research on the cultivation of college students’physical education humanistic quality.Firstly,it expounds the connotation of physical education humanistic quality.Secondly,it analyzes the importance of the cultivation of college students’physical education humanistic quality.Finally,the cultivation strategies of college students’physical education humanistic quality are analyzed.It is hoped to provide reference for the cultivation of humanistic quality of college physical education talents.
