安徽省农村体育公共产品供给对策与路径创新研究

Research on Supply Countermeasures and Path Innovation of Rural Sports Public Products in Anhui Province

随着我国社会经济的持续发展,安徽农村地区的社会经济面貌也随之发生了变化,农村地区对体育公共产品的需求也在不断增高。目前,安徽省农村体育公共产品供给存在诸多问题,集中表现在缺乏专项的财政支撑,农村体育公共产品供给不足;缺乏市场主体参与,农民负担的成本较大;体育公共产品供给资源配置不科学,导致供需结构不匹配等方面,这些不利因素对安徽农村地区体育事业的发展产生了不良的影响。建议:不断强化财政投入,增强农村体育公共产品的供给效率;合理引入市场机制,激发农村体育公共产品供给活力;科学配置公共资源,平衡农村体育公共产品供需结构。

With the continuous progress of social economy,the social economy of rural areas in Anhui has also changed,and its demand for sports public products is also increasing.However,there are many problems in the supply of rural sports public products in Anhui Province,which are concentrated in lack of special financial support,insufficient supply of public sports products in rural areas;lack of participation by market players,and a large burden on farmers;lack of scientific allocation of resources for the supply of sports public products,leading to a mismatch in the supply and demand structure,which has a bearing on the development of sports in rural Anhui had a bad effect.In this regard,it is recommended to continuously strengthen financial investment to enhance the supply efficiency of rural sports public products;rationally introduce market mechanisms to stimulate the vitality of rural sports public product supply;scientifically allocate public resources to balance the supply and demand structure of rural sports public products.
