摘要
文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平细菌素对高温条件下蛋鸡生产性能、脂代谢及肠道健康的影响。试验将720只产蛋性能一致的海兰褐壳蛋鸡随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复48只。各组分别在基础日粮中添加0、30和60 mg/kg的细菌素,饲养试验为期8周。结果表明:与对照组相比,处理1和2组产蛋率和蛋壳强度分别显著提高2.35%、3.04%和12.23%、13.39%(P<0.05),但处理2组料蛋比显著降低1.79%(P<0.05)。处理2组蛋壳重较对照组显著提高17.24%(P<0.05)。处理1和2组肝脏重量较对照组分别显著提高16.47%和14.12%(P<0.05)。对照组蛋鸡腹脂重量及肝脏游离胆固醇浓度较处理2组分别显著提高24.18%和12.03%(P<0.05)。处理1和2组盲肠内容物大肠杆菌数量较对照组分别显著降低9.45%和10.24%(P<0.05),但空肠绒毛高度分别显著提高3.13%和3.40%(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮添加60 mg/kg细菌素可以改善蛋鸡肠道健康,降低盲肠有害微生物数量,进而提高产蛋率和饲料效率。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of bacteriocin supplementation on performance,lipid metabolism and intestinal health of laying hens under high temperature.A total of 720 Hy-Line brown laying hens with the same laying performance were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 48 laying hens per replicate.Laying hens in each group were fed basal diet supplemented with 0,30 and 60 mg/kg bacteriocin,respectively,and the feeding experiment was carried out for 8 weeks.Results:Compared with the control group,laying rate and eggshell strength in treatment groups 1 and 2 were significantly increased by 2.35%,3.04%and 12.23%,13.39%(P<0.05),respectively,but the feed to egg ratio in treatment groups 1 and 2 was significantly decreased by 1.79%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the eggshell weight of treatment groups was significantly increased by 17.24%(P<0.05).Compared with control group,liver weight in treatment groups 1 and 2 was significantly increased by 16.47%and 14.12%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with treatment groups,the serum abdominal fat weight and liver free cholesterol concentration in control group were significantly increased by 24.18%and 12.03%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the number of Escherichia coli in cecum contents in treatment groups 1 and 2 was significantly decreased by 9.45%and 10.24%(P<0.05),but the villus height in jejunum was significantly increased by 3.13%and 3.40%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the number of Escherichia coli in cecum contents in treatment groups 1 and 2 was significantly decreased by 9.45%and 10.24%(P<0.05),but the villus height in jejunum was significantly increased by 3.13%and 3.40%(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusions:Under the condition of this experiment,adding 60 mg/kg bacteriocin can improve the intestinal health of laying hens,reduce the number of harmful microorganisms in the cecum,and then increase the laying rate and feed efficiency.
