小叶莲木脂素类成分的研究

Lignans from Sinopodophyllum hexandrum

目的研究小叶莲Sinopodophyllum hexandrum(Royle)Ying中木脂素类成分。方法小叶莲95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS、AB-8大孔吸附树脂柱、制备型HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为naphtho[2,3,d]-1,3-dioxole-6-carboxylic acid(1)、methyl podophyllotoxinate(2)、6,7-去亚甲基-去氧鬼臼毒素(3)、6,7-去亚甲基鬼臼毒素(4)、6,7-去亚甲基-4'-去甲鬼臼毒素(5)、去氧鬼臼毒素(6)、4'-去甲-去氧鬼臼毒素(7)、4'-去甲鬼臼毒素(8)、鬼臼毒素(9)、4'-去甲异苦鬼臼毒酮(10)、α-足叶草素(11)、去氢鬼臼毒素(12)、4'-去甲-去氢鬼臼毒素(13)、(-)松脂酚(14)。结论化合物1~2、5、11、14为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3~4、8、12~13为首次从该植物中分离得到。

AIM To study the lignans from Sinopodophyllum hexandrum(Royle)Ying.METHODS The 95%ethanol extract from S.hexandrum was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20,ODS,AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin column,and preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as naphtho[2,3,d]-1,3-dioxole-6-carboxylic acid(1),methyl podophyllotoxinate(2),6,7-demethylene-deoxypodophyllotoxin(3),6,7-demethylenepodophyllotoxin(4),6,7-demethylene-4'-demethylpodophyllotoxin(5),deoxypodophyllotoxin(6),4'-demethyldeoxypodophyllotoxin(7),4'-demethylpodophyllotoxin(8),podophyllotoxin(9),4'-demethylisopicropodophyllone(10),α-peltatin(11),dehydropodophyllotoxin(12),4'-demethyldehydropodophyllotoxin(13),(-)pinoresinol(14).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-2,5,11,14 are isolated from genus Sinopodophyllum for the first time,and compounds 3-4,8,12-13 are first isolated from this plant.
