猫下泌尿道综合征的诊断与治疗

患猫经病史调查、临床检查、实验室检查,确诊为猫下泌尿道综合征。通过导尿,解除尿道阻塞,缓解膀胱压力,并结合药物治疗1周,该猫完全康复,至今未再复发。结果表明,猫下泌尿道综合征应尽早诊断,及时治疗,才能保证治疗效果。

The cat was diagnosed as cat lower urinary tract syndrome by history investigation,clinical examination and laboratory examination.Through catheterization,urethral obstruction was relieved,bladder pressure was relieved,and combined with drug treatment for one week,the cat recovered completely,and has not recurred.The result showed that the lower urinary tract syndrome should be diagnosed and treated as early as possible to ensure the therapeutic effect.
