摘要 通过对采样流量、采样时间、吸附剂类型、解吸剂类型和解吸时间五个方面进行优化,得出多种乙酸酯类的方法检出限。在1 mg/L、5 mg/L、10 mg/L的3个水平上进行了加标回收率试验,每个水平重复5次,平均加标回收率为89.41%~98.61%,相对标准偏差为0.58%~5.96%。该测定方法具有高灵敏度和高准确度,符合乙酸酯类化合物检测技术要求。 Through the optimization of sampling flow,sampling time,adsorbent type,desorber type and desorption time,The detection limits of acetic ester compounds was obtained.The standard addition recovery tests were carried out at three levels of 1 mg/L,5 mg/L and 10 mg/L.each level was repeated five times.The average standard addition recovery was 89.41%~98.61%,the relative standard deviation was 0.58%~5.96%.The method has high sensitivity and accuracy,and meets the technical requirements of acetate compounds detection.
