搔刮塌陷试验对腕管综合征神经电生理的影响

The effect of the scratch collapse test on the neuroelectrophysiology of carpal tunnel syndrome

摘要 目的探讨搔刮塌陷试验对腕管综合征(carpal tunnel Syndrome,CTS)神经电生理的影响。方法自2018年5月至2019年11月,我们对65例肌电图检查符合CTS的患者进行搔刮实验,其中有56例肢体出现搔刮试验阳性。我们对这56例再次进行肌电图检测,比较搔刮塌陷试验前后的肌电图变化。结果受试患者正中神经指1-腕、指3-腕感觉传导速度(sensory conduction velocity,SCV);指1-腕、指3-腕神经感觉动作电位(sensory nerve active potential,SNAP);远端运动潜伏期(distal motor latency,DML);复合肌肉动作电位(compouml muscle action potential,CMAP)在搔刮塌陷试验前后经SPSS统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论搔刮塌陷试验对部分CTS患者的临床表现有一定影响,但对CTS的神经电生理结果没有起到明显的影响。 Objective To explore the effect of the scratch collapse test on the neuroelectrophysiology of carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS).Methods From May 2018 to November 2019,we conducted scratch test on 65 patients whose electromyogram(EMG)examination was consistent with CTS,and 56 of them were positive in limb scratching test.We detected the EMG of 56 cases again and compared the changes of EMG before and after scratch collapse test.Results There was no significant difference in sensory conduction velocity(SCV),sensory nerve active potential(SNAP)of median nerve from thumb to wrist and third finger to wrist and distal motor latency(DML)and compound muscle action potential(CMAP)of median nerve before and after scratch collapse test(P>0.05).Conclusion The scratch collapse test has certain influence on the clinical manifestations of some patients with CTS,but has no obvious influence on the electrophysiological results of CTS.
