摘要
目的探索一种快速精确测量皮瓣面积成活率的新方法,为临床评价皮瓣存活情况提供一个量化指标。方法将2827.3 mm^(2)的大布块置于左膝关节、右肘关节和左手背掌指关节处,将201.1mm^(2)的小布块粘贴于左示指指腹。用3D扫描仪扫描每个部位10次,计算并统计学比较测量面积与已知面积的差别。选我院行皮瓣修复后存活的病例,将1855.0 mm^(2)的布块剪成不同的形状放置在存活皮瓣的表面,模拟成临床5例不同存活情况的皮瓣修复病例。3D扫描测量皮瓣面积成活率。结果大、小布块在人体不同部位所测得的面积结果显示:测得面积与已知实际面积基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。测量5例模拟病例的皮瓣面积成活率结果显示:无论皮瓣坏死区域如何变化,3D扫描仪均能准确测得坏死总面积,并得到皮瓣面积成活率。结论3D扫描仪可快速精准测量皮瓣存活面积和坏死面积,从而获得皮瓣面积成活率。皮瓣面积成活率可作为临床判断皮瓣存活情况的一种量化评价指标。
Objective To explore a new method for rapid and accurate measurement of flap area survival rate,and to provide a quantitative index for clinical evaluation of flap survival.Methods A 2827.3mm^(2)large cloth was placed on the left knee joint,right elbow joint and dorsal metacarpophalangeal joint of the left hand,and a 201.1mm^(2)small cloth was pasted on the left index finger pulp.Each part was scanned 10 times with a 3D scanner,and the difference between the measured area and the known area was calculated and statistically compared.The 1855.0 mm^(2)cloth were cut into different shapes and placed on the surface of the flap of the selected skin flap repair case treated in our hospital.Five cases of skin flap repair with different survival conditions were simulated.The area and survival rate of the flap were measured by 3D scanning.Results The measured area of the large and small cloth in different parts of the human body showed that the measured area was basically consistent with the known actual area,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results of measuring the flap area survival rate of 5 simulated cases showed that no matter how the flap necrotic area changedt the 3D scanner could accurately measure its total necrotic area and obtain the flap area survival rate.Conclusion The 3D scanner can quickly and accurately measure the flap survival area and necrotic area to obtain the flap area survival rate.The flap area survival rate can be used as a quantitative evaluation index for clinical judgment of flap survival.
