摘要 采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究调制DSC(MDSC)技术在聚烯烃初始结晶度测试中的应用,对聚烯烃产品进行常规的DSC测试,聚乙烯样品(PE-1)的积分限难以选定,通过MDSC测试,准确测量了聚烯烃产品的初始结晶度,分析了聚丙烯样品(PP-1)的冷结晶现象,展现了MDSC测试分析的优越性。 The application of modulated DSC(MDSC)technology in the initial crystallinity test of polyolefins was studied by differential scanning calorimeter.The polyolefin products were tested by conventional DSC.The integration limit of PE-1 was not well selected and through the MDSC test,the initial crystallinity was accurately measured,and the cold crystallization phenomenon of PP-1 was analyzed and the superiority of MDSC test analysis is demonstrated.
