Steel 19CN5M is a chromium-nickel alloy steel which was introduced from abroad,mainly used for automobile gear.The steel contents high Cr and high Ni,and the alloy content is as high as 5,which is twice as high as the foreign standard.After full study,steel rod 19CN5M is highly sensitive to crack and difficult to produce and control the quality.In order to ensure product quality,the rod is successfully developed by means of combing key process control points.After strict physical and chemical testing,the mechanical properties and technological properties of the products fully meet the user's requirements,and the main technical and economic indicators have reached the leading level in China.
