摘要
通过分析1220冷轧带钢生产线上四辊轧机换辊装置存在的问题及对生产的影响,提出了对换辊装置进行换辊轨道改造、重新设计液压提升装置及优化液压回路等一系列的技术改造措施。换辊装置实施技术改造后,试产结果进表明,四辊轧机单次换辊时间由改造前约1 h压缩到改造后的20 min,生产效率大幅提高,自动化程度提高,工人劳动强度大幅降低,取得较好的经济效益,达到了改造目的。
By analyzing the problems of the 1220 cold strip production line,a series of technical transformation measures for transforming the roll changing track,redesigning the hydraulic lifting device and optimizing the hydraulic loop are proposed.By comparing the trial production results after the technical transformation,it shows that the single roll changing time of the 4-high rolling mill is compressed from about 1 hour to 20 minutes.The production efficiency is greatly improved,and that is the same for the automation degree.It greatly reduces the labor intensity and achieves good economic benefits and the transformation purpose.
