摘要
针对中温电解制氟炭阳极板因易被氟化、断裂、腐蚀而缩短使用寿命的特点,研究制备一种机械强度高、使用寿命长的高性能炭/炭复合阳极板材料。以沥青焦作为骨料、煅后石油焦作为粉料、中温沥青作为粘结剂、酚醛树脂作为抗氧化浸渍剂,采用成型、焙烧、浸渍、二次焙烧的工艺过程。从配方的选择、生坯制备参数的选择、复合阳极版制备参数的选择等方向出发进行研究,确定了一种高性能炭/炭复合阳极板材料的配方及制备的工艺参数。
In order to sloving the problem that fluorine carbon anode plate made by medium temperature electrolysis is easy to be fluorinated,broken and corroded,and its service life is shortened,a kind of high performance carbon/carbon composite anode plate material with high mechanical strength and long service life was prepared.With asphalt coke as aggregate,calcined petroleum coke as powder,medium-temperature asphalt as binder,phenolic resin as anti-oxidation impregnation agent,the process of molding,roasting,impregnation and secondary roasting was adopted.The formulation and preparation process parameters of a high performance carbon/carbon composite anode plate material were determined from the directions of the selection of formula,preparation parameters of green billet and preparation parameters of composite anode plate.
