摘要
叶轮作为汽车发动机废气涡轮增压器的核心零件,其设计质量的优劣将直接影响汽车发动机的整体性能,由于涡轮增压器叶轮存在着自身型面复杂、叶片厚度小等因素,一直是机械设计领域中的一个难题。介绍了计算流体动力学(CFD)软件在涡轮增压器叶轮工况三维流场模拟中的应用,直观得出涡轮增压器叶轮工作时的压力分布、流场速度分布及工作效率情况,着重分析了产生实验结果的原因,并提出了叶轮几何参数优化方法。
Impeller is the core part of the exhaust turbocharger of automobile engine,and its design quality will directly affect the overall performance of automobile engine.Due to the complex profile of the turbocharger impeller and the small thickness of the blade,it has been a difficult problem in the field of mechanical design.The paper introduces the application of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software in the three-dimensional flow field simulation of turbocharger impeller working conditions,and intuitively obtains the pressure distribution,flow field velocity distribution and work efficiency of the turbocharger impeller during operation.The reason of the experimental results is analyzed emphatically,and the optimization method of impeller geometric parameters is put forward.
