摘要
以GKH1800-N虹吸刮刀离心机转臂为研究对象,针对转臂疲劳破坏问题,建立了转臂及其关联结构的有限元模型,对负载状态下的转臂进行了静力分析,获得最大应力分布,确定了转臂的疲劳源。经过修正材料的S-N数据,获得了转臂的S-N数据,并在静力分析的基础上,对转臂进行了疲劳分析,最终获得转臂的疲劳寿命。
In this paper,the discharging rotary arm of GKH1800-N siphon scraper centrifuge is taken as the research object;aiming at the fatigue damage problem of rotary arm,the finite element model of the rotary arm and its associated structure is established,the maximum stress distribution is obtained and the fatigue source of the rotary arm is determined by the statics calculation.Through the S-N data of the modified material,the S-N data of the rotary arm is obtaine;and based on the static analysis,the fatigue analysis of the rotary arm is carried out,and finally the fatigue life of the rotary arm is obtained.
