摘要
为了提高以往3D打印机打印精度和质量,对打印装置的整体结构提出了创新设计方案,该打印机通过步进电机带动丝杠旋转,利用丝杠上的滑块带动连杆控制打印喷头在一定空间内准确移动,配合底部工作台实现FDM熔融沉积技术的快速打印。优化处理了打印机控制方案,使得结构简单新颖,同时可以提高打印机工作效率,并通过机械结构始终保证打印喷头始终处于竖直状态,为3D打印机的机构设计创新提供参考。
In order to improve the printing accuracy and quality of 3D printer,the innovation design scheme for the overall structure of the printer device is proposed in this paper.The printer rotates the screw through the stepper motor,and uses the slider on the screw to drive the connecting rod to control the printing head to move accurately in a certain space,and cooperates with the bottom workbench to realize the rapid printing of FDM melt deposition technology.The control scheme of the printer is optimized,which makes the structure simple and novel,and improves the working efficiency of the printer;and through the mechanical structure,the printing head is always in the vertical state.It provides a reference for the mechanism design innovation of the 3D printer.
