新型高效12000 m海洋自升式平台用绞车设计

摘要 针对国内同级绞车重量大、能耗大、钩速低、性能不稳定、配置复杂等问题,提出新型高效绞车设计方案,以主电机特性分析绞车特性,通过设计计算传动比,对主电机进行低速运转性能试验,优化结构布局,达到自升式平台钻井的需求。与同级绞车对比,应用液压离合器有效提高工作效率降低能耗,并提高工作机寿命,具有广阔的国内国际市场。 Aiming at the shortcomings of equivalent domestic drawworks,such as large weight,large energy consumption,low hook speed,unstable performance and complex configuration,a new design scheme for efficient drawworks is proposed in this article.The characteristics of drawworks are analyzed through analysis of the main motor characteristics;and low-speed operation performance tests on the main motor are conducted by designing and calculating the transmission ratio,so as to optimize the structural layout and to satisfy the demands of jack up platform drilling.Comparing with the equivalent drawworks,the application of hydraulic clutch effectively improves the work efficiency,reduces the energy consumption,and improves the service life of the working machine;thus it has a broad domestic and international market.
