摘要 分析了垫片复合模具的结构、尺寸、精度和原材料性能,并具体指出了该垫片产品的成型难点,拟定了模冲孔落料模具冲压工艺方案,详细阐述了排样设计方法和过程,确定了该垫片产品需要冲孔、落料,系统的阐述了模具主要零件的结构、尺寸设计及标准的选用,同时阐述了模具的工作过程、各成形动作的协调性。该垫片冲压复合模具易于加工制造,可以在普通冲床上使用,适合在生产以及冲压实践教学中推广应用。 In this paper,the structure,size,precision and raw material performance of the gasket compound die are analyzed,and the forming difficulties of the gasket product specifically are pointed out.The stamping process scheme of the die punching blanking die is formulated,the layout design method and process are also expounded in detail,thus to determine that the gasket product needs punching and blanking.The structure,dimension design and standard selection of the main parts of the die are systematically expounded;at the same time,the working process of the die and the coordination of each forming action are also described.The composite die is easy to process and manufacture,and can be used in ordinary punch press.It is suitable for popularization and application in production and stamping practice teaching.
