摘要
静电驻极工艺对熔喷布的过滤性能具有较大的影响,而驻极装置又是生产过程中所必需的设备。针对静电施加过程中出现的调节不方便,电荷量注入不均等问题,设计了一种可调式静电驻极装置,主要由支撑底板、滚轮、皮带、升降移动台、L型支架、针尖放电棒以及配套连接件等组成。随后用该装置对熔喷布进行静电施加并进行性能测试,结果表明:采用静电棒放电的最佳距离在40~50 mm,最佳电压为90 kV左右,该数据能为静电处理工艺提供参考依据,对提高材料的过滤效果有很强的实际应用价值和现实意义。
The electrostatic electret technology has a great influence on the filtration performance of melt-blown cloth,and the electret device is necessary equipment in the production process.In order to solve the problems of inconvenient adjustment and unequal charge injection in the process of electrostatic application,an adjustable electrostatic electret device is designed in this paper,which is mainly composed of supporting base plate,roller,belt,lifting mobile platform,L-shaped bracket,tip discharge rod and matching connector.Then electrostatic application and performance tests to the melt spray cloth is conducted by using the device;the results show that the best distance is 40-50 mm,and the best voltage is about 90 kV.The data can provide a reference for the electrostatic treatment process,and it has a strong practical value and practical significance for improving the filtration effect of materials.
