基于频域加速理论的SCR混合器结构优化及验证

摘要 针对市面上某大型合资公司发动机排气后处理器耐久开发阶段出现的混合器部位开裂失效,采用Hyperworks和Nastran的有限元分析手段进行仿真分析和优化。在验证阶段,采用频域加速和阶梯振动的方法进行快速测试,首先借用信号处理工具对整车路试试验场采集到的SCR混合器加速度响应信号进行分析,通过拉普拉斯变换得到加速后的PSD信号,在采用该信号作为振动台架的激励输入进行试验验证,最终改进的方案通过了验证,对仿真结果进行分析,优化后的SCR混合器结构耐久能力大幅提升,满足客户耐久设计需求。 To solve the issue of crack on mixer of SCR system,the Hyperworks and Nastran are adopted to analyze and optimize the failure.During the verification phase,the frequency domain acceleration and step vibration method is adopted to validate the optimized solution;firstly,the signal processing tool is used to analyze the acceleration response signal of SCR mixer collected from the vehicle test field,and the accelerated PSD data is obtained through the Laplace transform;then the signal is used as the excitation input of the vibration platform to carry out test verification;and the improved scheme passes the validation.Through analyzing the simulation results,it shows that durability capability of optimized SCR mixer is greatly improved and can meet the customer′s requirement for durability design.
