摘要
针对目前铂电阻式温度变送器测量误差校验需要仪器设备较多、设备体积和重量较大、携带不方便、校验过程操作复杂、人为因素对校验结果影响大等问题,提出一种结合单片机、多路模拟开关、LCD显示和语音播报的铂电阻式温度变送器测量误差校验的系统方案。阐述了系统的工作原理,设计了系统硬件原理图和软件流程图,并进行了实验验证。实际运行效果表明,设计的铂电阻式温度变送器测量误差校验装置可以实现对温度变送器测量误差的自动、高效校验,具有小型化、便携式、移植性好、效率高等特点,达到了现场对温度变送器检验的标准和需求。
For the problems of current platinum resistance temperature transmitter measurement error calibration,such as more instruments and equipment are needed,the equipment volume and weight are large,the carrying is inconvenient,the calibration process is complicated to operate,and human factors have a large impact on the calibration results,this paper proposes a system scheme for measurement error calibration of platinum resistance temperature transmitter,which combining a single-chip computer,multiple analog switches,LCD display,and voice broadcast.The working principle of the system is described.The hardware schematic diagram and software flow chart of the system are designed,and the experimental verification is carried out.The actual operation results show that the device designed in this paper can automatically and efficiently calibrate the measurement errors of the temperature transmitter.It has the characteristics of miniaturization,portability,portability and high efficiency.It has reached the standard and demand of temperature transmitter calibration on site.
