摘要 采用熔融沉积型3D打印机制造加工成型件,工艺相对简单,但存在加工成型件表面质量和加工精度低的问题。对3D打印机机械结构及其零件误差对成型件精度的影响做了分析,明确了产生影响的部件和因素,给出了解决加工成型件精度问题的相应措施,为提高熔融沉积型3D打印机机械零件加工质量提供参考。 For the workpiece with complex mechanical process,the traditional processing method has the problems of complex process and time-consuming processing;while the manufacturing process of molding parts with the fused deposition 3D printer is relatively simple,but the surface quality and processing accuracy of molded parts processed by the fused deposition 3D printer are low.In order to improve the precision and processing quality of the molded parts,influences of the mechanical structure and part error of 3D printer on the precision of the molded parts are analyzed in this paper,the affected components and factors are identified,and the corresponding measures to solve the precision problem of machining parts are finally given.It would provide reference for improving the machining quality of mechanical parts of the fused deposition 3D printer.
