摘要
针对某煤炭企业刮板输送机刮板链故障率较高现状,开展了刮板输送机断链故障监控系统的设计工作,提出具体设计监控系统方案,经过在刮板输送机中试运行,验证了系统运行稳定可靠,满足初始设计要求。监控系统的应用,降低了刮板输送机故障排查时间,减少了运行维护人员,提高了刮板输送机的有效利用率,降低了煤炭掘进成本,为刮板输送机监控系统的设计提供了技术参考。
In view of the high failure rate of scraper conveyor scraper chain in a coal enterprise,designfor the failure monitoring system of the scraper conveyor chain is carried out in this paper.The monitoring system scheme is mainly designed;after trial operation in the scraper conveyor,it is verified that the system operation is stable and reliable,thus it meets the initial design requirements.The application of the monitoring system can reduce the troubleshooting time of the scraper conveyor,save the operation and maintenance personnel,improve the effective utilization rate of the scraper conveyor,reduce the cost of coal excavation,and provide a technical reference for design of the monitoring system of the scraper conveyor.
