摘要 为提高矿井轨道运输系统运行的安全性和效率,结合实际情况设计了轨道运输监控和调度智能化控制系统,利用该系统可以对轨道及机车的状态信息进行实时检测与控制,在监控视频的辅助作用下实现轨道运输的智能化调度。选用的PLC控制器型号为S7-1200,计轴传感器型号为KG8007(A),根据系统功能对软件程序进行了模块化设计。将智能化控制系统应用到工程实践中,显著提升了轨道运输的效率和安全性,经济效益显著。 The safety and efficiency of the operation process of the mine rail transportation system have a very important impact on the benefits of coal mine enterprises.Combined with the actual situation,the rail transportation monitoring and dispatching intelligent control system is designed and studied.The system can be used to detect and control the status information of the rail and locomotive in real time,and realize the intelligent dispatching of rail transportation with the assistance of surveillance video.The selected PLC controller model is S7-1200,and the axle counting sensor model is KG8007(A);the software program is modularized according to the system function.The application of intelligent control system to engineering practice has significantly improved the efficiency and safety of rail transportation;and it has significant economic benefits.
