摘要 针对煤矿皮带运输机监控功能不完善,定位不准确的问题,设计开发一种基于嵌入式处理器的主皮带机远程监控系统。确定了皮带运输机所需的监测量及控制量,提出了监控系统的总体方案及功能实现,其次,对系统的下位机模块进行设计,并对各传感器进行选型及布置,对系统的控制流程及人机界面进行设计,并详细介绍了主控界面的各功能模块。系统通过嵌入式处理器对机头及机尾下位机进行统一控制,实现了皮带机及沿线设备的监控一体化。 Aiming at the problem of imperfect monitoring function of coal mine belt conveyor and inaccurate positioning,this article proposes a remote monitoring system for main belt conveyor based on the embedded processor. First of all,the monitoring and control quantities required by the belt conveyor are determined,and the overall plan and function realization of the monitoring system are proposed. Secondly,the system’s lower-level computer modules are designed,and the sensors are selected and arranged. Finally,the control process and man-machine interface of the system are designed,and each functional module of the main control interface is introduced in detail. The system uses an embedded processor to uniformly control the lower units of the machine head and tail,and realizes the integration of monitoring of belt conveyors and equipment along the line.
