摘要
为系统分析干式除尘系统的粉尘爆炸事故,提出一种基于粉尘爆炸特性参数的融合FMEA及DOW分析于一体的复合模型风险分析方法。首先利用FMEA方法对涉爆设备进行分析,确定引起爆炸的原因和造成的结果,辨识爆炸事故节点;然后在粉尘特性参数的基础上对事故节点进行爆炸可能性分析;最后对事故节点展开DOW分析,确定爆炸后果严重度,利用风险矩阵法确定事故节点的危险性等级,并提出相应的防范措施。同时,以某一木制品加工厂除尘系统为例,应用该复合模型风险分析方法,验证了其有效性和可行性。
In order to systematically analyze the dust explosion accident of the dry dedusting system,a composite model risk analysis method based on the dust explosion characteristic parameters integrating FMEA and DOW analysis is proposed.First,the FMEA method is used to analyze the explosion-related equipment,determine the cause and result of the explosion,and to identify the explosion accident node.Then,the explosion possibility of the accident node is analyzed based on the dust characteristic parameters.Finally,DOW analysis of the accident node is done to determine the severity of the explosion consequences,the risk matrix method is used to determine the risk level of the accident node,and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.Taking the dust removal system of a wood product processing plant as an example,the composite model risk analysis method is applied to verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
