双循环管冷大体积混凝土水化热分析 被引量:2

摘要 为有效减少大体积混凝土因水化热过大而产生的裂缝,在进行混凝土水化热分析时,从双循环管冷的角度,以东河大桥承台为例建立有限元模型。建立了矩形布置和蛇形布置2种不同形状的双循环管冷布置,并与2种不同铅直距离进行组合,得到4种布置方案进行水化热分析。通过对比不同布置方案的混凝土产生的温度场与应力场,以此获得最佳的布置方案。研究结果表明:蛇形管冷布置优于矩形管冷布置,铅直距离2 m为最佳布置位置。 In order to effectively reduce the cracks caused by excessive hydration heat of mass concrete,when analyzing the hydration heat of concrete,taking the bearing platform of Donghe Bridge as an example,the finite element model was established from the perspective of double circulation pipe cooling.Two different kinds of cold arrangements of double circulating pipes,rectangular arrangement and serpentine arrangement,were established,and combined with two different vertical distances,four arrangements were achieved to carry out hydration heat analysis.By comparing temperature field and stress field produced by concrete in different arrangements,the best arrangement was obtained.The results show that the serpentine tube cold arrangement is better than the rectangular tube cold arrangement and the vertical distance of 2 m is the best layout position.
