摘要 针对罐区VOCs治理气相连通工艺系统进行风险分析,结合HSE风险标准评估风险大小,提出了重大风险分级方法,该评估方法可对气相连通系统风险进行快速量化评估,可用于气相连通系统的风险评估和工程安全设计。 Risk analysis is carried out for the connected system of VOCs governance in tank farm,and combined with HSE risk standards,the severity and possibility of possible accidents are evaluated.And the major risk classification method is proposed,which can quickly and quantitatively assess the risks of the connected system,and can be used for the risk assessment and engineering safety design of the storage tank connected system.
