构建化工企业安全培训体系的探讨与研究

Discussion and Research on the Construction of Safety Training System in Chemical Enterprises

通过调查化工企业安全培训的现状及管理经验,对化工企业安全培训中出现的普遍性问题进行深入研究,结合化工企业生产特点及岗位要求,梳理了构建化工企业安全培训体系的实施方法,包括编制安全培训大纲及教材、建立内部讲师队伍、编制安全培训需求计划和培训告知书、拓展培训方式、强化培训考核和跟踪管理等,以期建立符合化工企业实际的安全培训体系。

Based on the investigation of the current situation of safety training in chemical enterprises and their own management experience,an in-depth study on the common problems in the safety training of chemical enterprises was made.Combined with the production characteristics and job requirements of chemical enterprises,the implementation methods of constructing the safety training system of chemical enterprises were combed,including the compilation of safety training program and teaching materials,establishment of internal lecturer team,and the compilation of safety training demand plan and training notice,expansion of training methods,strengthening of training assessment and tracking management,etc.,to expect that chemical enterprises can establish a safety training system in line with the actual situation of the enterprise.
