摘要
辅助给水泵负责在核电厂丧失主给水情况下,向蒸发器二次侧提供给水。近年来辅助给水泵出口流量计频繁出现异常波动的情况,导致小流量试验结果合格有缺陷,进一步影响到机组的安全稳定运行。本文在实验室搭建模拟测试平台,通过对比试验,找出流量计异常波动的主要原因,并提出解决方案。通过方案的实施,有效降低辅助给水泵出口流量计异常波动的缺陷率,提高重要核级设备的安全可靠性。
The auxiliary feed water pump is responsible for providing water to the secondary side of evaporator in case of loss of main water supply in the nuclear power plant.In recent years,the flow meter at the outlet of auxiliary feed pump has been fluctuating frequently,which leads to the qualified and defective results of small flow test,which further affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.This paper establishes a simulation test platform in the laboratory,finds out the main causes of abnormal fluctuation of flowmeter through comparative test,and puts forward the solution.Through the implementation of the scheme,the defect rate of abnormal fluctuation of flowmeter at the outlet of auxiliary feed pump is effectively reduced,and the safety and reliability of important nuclear equipment are improved.
