油田燃煤注汽站控制系统与环保仪表设置探讨

Discussion on Setting of Control System and Environmental Monitoring Instruments for Coal-Fired Steam Injection Stations in Oil Fields

摘要 本文通过对油田注蒸汽用小型燃煤注汽站的介绍,对注汽站控制系统、烟气排放连续监测系统(CEMS)、氨逃逸系统及蒸汽流量计的配置与设计要求进行了分析,阐述了控制系统的结构、CMES选型与操作平台的设置要求、氨逃逸系统及蒸汽流量计需注意的问题等,以达到满足环保要求的目的。 This article introduces the steam injection station of a small coal-fired boiler for steam injection in oilfields,and discusses the configuration and design requirements of the steam injection station control system,Continuous Emission Monitoring System(CEMS),escaped ammonia system,and steam flow meter.Analyzes and elaborates the structure of the control system,CMES selection and operating platform setting requirements,the escaped ammonia system and the steam flow meter that need to pay attention,in order to achieve the goal of meeting environmental protection requirements.
