摘要
针对安徽宿州黑臭水体治理中ORP实际测量值与比对值存在差异问题,为了找到原因,不断进行试验。通过对采样管路进行更换,并更换采样时间,增加采样池清洗频率,增加ORP标定次数,更换ORP分析仪厂家,对ORP铂金圈进行打磨,与厂家协商将ORP铂金圈尺寸进行调整,听取同行业标杆客户建议等方法,经过半年多的不断试验,最终ORP实际测量值与比对值基本趋于稳定。希望可以给同行一个参考,黑臭水体中影响ORP的因素很多,不能单从比对数值来判断,而应从多方面综合考虑,只要数值在允许误差范围内,都可以认为是准确的。
Based on the differences between the actual measured value and the comparison value of ORP in the treatment of black and odorous water in Suzhou,Anhui Province,in order to find the reason,the author continues to carry out tests,such as replacing the sampling pipeline,replacing the sampling time,increasing the cleaning frequency of the sampling tank,increasing the number of ORP calibration,replacing the manufacturer of ORP analyzer,polishing the ORP platinum ring,negotiate with the manufacturer to adjust the size of ORP platinum ring and listen to the suggestions of benchmark customers in the same industry.After more than half a year of continuous test,the actual measured value and comparison value of ORP basically tend to be stable.The purpose of writing this article is to give peers a reference.There are many factors affecting ORP in black and odorous water,which can not be judged only from the comparison value,but should be comprehensively considered from many aspects.As long as the value is within the allowable error range,it can be considered to be accurate.
