聚磁式横向磁通永磁直线电机的多目标优化 被引量:17

摘要 横向磁通永磁直线电机在磁路结构上较传统直线电机不同,该电机磁力线所在的平面垂直于其运动方向,解决了齿和槽在空间上竞争同一个平面的问题,实现了电负荷与磁负荷的解耦,可以在一定范围内通过提高磁能变化率来提高出力,在低速大推力领域具有广阔的应用前景。首先,该文提出一种新型动子三面墙聚磁式结构的横向磁通永磁直线电机,并介绍其工作原理;其次,以推力密度、推力波动、功率因数为优化目标,对该电机的优化变量进行灵敏度分析,选取灵敏度值显著的优化变量构建基于Box-Behnken法的响应面模型;再次,采用粒子群优化算法求解该响应面模型并生成一组帕累托解集,从而得到该电机的最优结构参数;最后,基于三维有限元法对所优化电机的定位力、电磁力等电磁性能进行计算与分析,并验证基于响应面模型和粒子群算法的多目标优化设计方法的有效性。 The transverse flux permanent magnet linear machine(TFPMLM)is different from the traditional linear machine in the magnetic circuit structure.The plane of the magnetic force lines of the machine is perpendicular to its movement direction,which solves the problem that the teeth and slots compete for the same plane in space,realizing the decoupling of the electric load and the magnetic load.It can improve the thrust force by increasing the magnetic energy change rate in a certain range.It has a broad application prospect in the field of low speed and high thrust.Firstly,a novel TFPMLM with three walls of mover is proposed and its working principle is introduced in this paper.Secondly,taking thrust density,thrust ripple and power factor as optimization objectives,the sensitivity analysis of the optimal variables of the machine is carried out,and the response surface model based on Box-Behnken method is constructed by selecting the optimal variables with significant sensitivity value.Thirdly,the optimal structural parameters of the machine are obtained by solving the response surface model and generating a set of Pareto solutions adopted by particle swarm optimization.Finally,the electromagnetic performance of the optimized machine is calculated and analyzed by three-dimensional finite element method,and the effectiveness of the multi-objective optimization design method based on the response surface model and particle swarm optimization algorithm is verified.
