摘要 近年来,我国频繁出现食品安全问题,人们对于食品安全问题的关注度也越来越高,对于日常饮食开始有了更高的标准和要求。对人们入口的食物进行检测主要是为了确保食物的食用安全,避免为人们的身体健康造成较为严重的危害。同时,食品检测的方式是否科学合理对于确保食品安全有着非常重要的影响。因此,在食品检测的过程中把控好检测的质量和相关的细节问题是重要研究课题,本文将从食品检测体系出发,分析我国现阶段食品检测存在的问题,针对建立标准化检测体系的措施进行简要的分析和探讨,希望为我国的食品检测行业提供相关参考。 In recent years,food safety problems frequently occur in China,people’s attention to food safety problems is also more and more high,for daily diet began to have higher standards and requirements.The main purpose of testing the food people eat is to ensure the safety of food and not to cause serious harm to people’s health.At the same time,whether the way of food testing is scientific and reasonable has a very important impact on ensuring food safety,therefore,in the process of food testing to control well testing and relevant details of the quality of the problem is an important research subject,this article will from the problems of food inspection system,analysis the food testing at the present stage in China’s existing problems and measures for establishing standardized testing system to a brief analysis and discussion,hope to provide relevant reference for China’s food testing industry.
