摘要
随着人们生活水平的逐渐提高,食品安全问题成为当前社会关注的焦点,保证人们的食品安全是食品检测机构的职责所在。基层食品检验检测机构作为从事食品安全监测的责任主体,对检测质量、检测的准确性和权威性提出了更高的要求。面对当前复杂的食品安全形势,基层食品检验检测机构加强制度创新、技术创新和管理创新,提升检验检测效率,以保证检验结果客观性以及检验检测的预见性,是当前基层食品检验检测机构的重点。本文对食品检验检测机构的现状、问题及其对策进行阐述,以期为相关人员提供参考。
With the gradual improvement of people's living standards,the issue of food safety has become the focus of public concern at present,and ensuring people's food safety is the responsibility of food inspection agencies.Grassroots food inspection and testing institutions as the main body of responsibility for food safety monitoring,the testing quality,accuracy and authority are facing higher requirements from all walks of life.In the face of the current complex food safety situation,how should grass-roots food inspection and testing institutions strengthen institutional innovation,technological innovation and management innovation,to improve the efficiency of inspection and testing,to ensure the objectivity of inspection results and the predictability of inspection and testing,is the focus of the grass-roots food inspection and testing organizations.,This article elaborates on the status quo,problems and countermeasures of food inspection and testing institutions in order to provide references for relevant personnel.
